Alerus adds mortgage teams

Alerus Financial is expanding its mortgage presence in the Twin Cities. It added Joe Nabedrick and Erin Moffitt as mortgage bankers and Sarah Parrott and Allison Pederson as mortgage loan officer assistants.

Nabedrick has worked in the Twin Cities mortgage industry for nearly 20 years, serving most recently as a senior mortgage loan officer at U.S. Bank, Minneapolis. He specializes in navigating complex home financing programs, with expertise in physician and first-time homebuyer loans. He has a bachelor’s degree in psychology from the University of Wisconsin-Stout in Menomonie.

Moffitt has 20 years of experience in the mortgage industry, specializing in physician and first-time homebuyer loans. Prior to joining Alerus, he was a senior mortgage loan officer at U.S. Bank. He has been named to Twin Cities Business and Minneapolis-St. Paul Magazine’s annual Super Mortgage Professionals list for the past 10 consecutive years. Moffitt has a bachelor’s degree in finance from the University of St. Thomas, St. Paul, Minn. He serves as a board member for the Mahtomedi, Minn., Basketball Association.
