Andy Helgeson joined Charles City, Iowa-based First Security Bank & Trust as vice president, ag/commercial lender.
A 17-year banker, Helgeson has a bachelor’s degree in business management and administration from the University of Northern Iowa, Cedar Falls. He will work mainly from the bank’s Manly, Iowa, office.
“His financial experience as well as hands-on work in local agriculture makes him an empathetic and knowledgeable partner for bank customers,” said Mark Miller, executive vice president and chief lending officer. “He has what it takes to contribute to his customers’ and community’s success.”
