Green Bay, Wis.-based Associated Banc-Corp added Matt Flynn, Alexander Burke and Mitchell Hind to its commercial banking team in Kansas City, Mo.
The trio of hires were part of the $43 billion bank’s push to strengthen its core businesses in the Midwest and organically expand into new markets. The additions came as Associated Bank concluded its process of increasing relationship managers more than 25 percent.
Flynn, who was hired as business segment and regional leader, has spent the previous 17 years at U.S. Bank, most recently as a commercial banking executive and team leader. He has a bachelor’s degree from the University of Northern Iowa, Cedar Falls, and graduated from the Pacific Coast Banking School at the University of Washington.
Burke, who was hired as team leader and Kansas City market leader, recently spent more than a dozen years at U.S. Bank, having left as a commercial banking executive. He has a bachelor’s degree in finance and management from Washburn University, Topeka, Kan., as well as an MBA from the University of Kansas, Lawrence.
Hind was hired as SVP, relationship manager. He spent seven years with U.S. Bank, growing their commercial banking business. He has more than 20 years of financial services experience. Hind has a bachelor’s degree from Missouri Western State University, St. Joseph.
