Associated Bank announces $441,000 in grants to local groups

Green Bay, Wis.-based Associated Banc-Corp recently announced it will invest $141,000 in three organizations across Green Bay and the broader Fox Valley while the Associated Bank Foundation invests $300,000 in grants to the Bellin (Wis.) Health Foundation through 2027. 

The foundation’s investment will be allocated to the Bellin Health Foundation and Bellin College through a $125,000 grant to the Bellin Health Children & Adolescent Center to develop youth mental health consultation rooms. Associated Bank will have branding rights of the Community Resource Center and one mental health consultation room.

Bellin College will receive $175,000 for need-based scholarships to help first-generation college students and students with proven financial need. Scholarships are expected to be deployed annually within the college’s medical programs.  

Associated Bank also pledged $50,000 to the Trout Art Museum and $25,000 to Encompass Early Education and Care. On June 4, the bank donated $66,000 in total value to the Green Bay Veterans Administration by providing 100 refurbished laptops and $18,000 through a coordinated laptop donation with the Green Bay VA and Milwaukee-based electronics recycling nonprofit Digital Bridge.
