Sioux City, Iowa-based Availa Bank hired Terry Mulder as vice president mortgage loan officer.
Mulder has 20 years of experience in banking. Last year, he received the Winner’s Circle award through the Iowa Mortgage Association for being an elite producer. He received his Bachelor of Arts degree from Dordt College, Sioux Center.
“We are really excited to bring a mortgage officer of Terry’s caliber on board,” said Sioux City Market President Jason Rasmus. “As we continue to build out our team in Sioux City, adding a mortgage loan officer with his experience and connections continues to help us better serve our customers.”
