Manitowoc, Wis.-based Bank First appointed Michael Stayer-Suprick to its board of directors.
Stayer-Suprick is the third-generation CEO of Sheboygan, Wis.-based food, bioscience and fabrication company Johnsonville Holdings. He was president of construction equipment manufacturer West Shore Industries from 1999-2009.
Stayer-Suprick graduated from Dallas-based Southern Methodist University and has a master’s degree from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University, Evanston, Ill.
