Manitowoc, Wis.-based Bank First appointed Skip McConeghy to its board of directors.
McConeghy was elected to the Bank First board on Aug. 20 and the Bank First Corp. board in mid-October.
McConeghy is vice president, chief accounting and tax officer at Johnson Controls, which builds smart building technology solutions. He spent 23 years as a global tax engagement partner at PwC, leading their U.S. aerospace and defense practice.
McConeghy has a bachelor’s degree in accounting from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
