Manitowoc, Wis.-based Bank First promoted Kelly Dvorak to chief legal counsel.
Dvorak joined the bank in 2017 as general counsel and corporate secretary and accepted an increased management position with Bank First’s senior management team last year.
Dvorak has a bachelor’s degree from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and a law degree from the University of Wisconsin Law School. She will graduate this summer from the Graduate School of Banking through the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
