Manitowoc, Wis.-based Bank First promoted Tom Omdahl to vice president-BSA/compliance officer; Derek Domino to assistant vice president of treasury management; Lisa Malewiski to branch manager; and Lori Sisel to shareholder services officer.
Omdahl, who has more than 30 years of banking experience, joined Bank First in 2018. A member of the Wisconsin Bar Association, Omdahl is a Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist and Certified Regulatory Compliance Manager. He has both a bachelor’s degree and law degree from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
Domino joined Bank First in 2018 as treasury management assistant and has served in varying roles within the Treasury Management department. He has a bachelor’s degree in business management and master’s degree in business management and organizational development from Silver Lake College, Manitowoc.
Malewiski and Sisel joined Bank First in August through its merger with Denmark State Bank.
