Bankers’ Bank in Wisconsin announces several promotions

Bankers’ Bank recently hired a commercial banking executive while promoting several other employees:

  • Hired Dan Healy as senior vice president commercial banking. Healy was previously chief lending officer at Inland Bank, before its merger into Byline Bank. Healy has a Bachelor of Arts degree from Saint Mary’s University of Minnesota and an MBA from Loyola University of Chicago. 

“Dan will be responsible for providing a comprehensive range of commercial banking products to our clients in the Northern Illinois markets,” according to Bankers’ Bank. “His extensive experience and proven track record in the banking industry makes him a valuable addition to our team.” 

  • Kevin Volker to vice president, commercial banking. Volker succeeds Pete Aarvold, who retired at the end of 2024. Volker has 18 years of community banking experience, with a background in operational services along with commercial lending and credit. He has spent nine years with Bankers’ Bank. Volker has a degree in business management from the University of Wisconsin Platteville. 
  • Paul Watson to SVP commercial banking and director of agency lending placement. Watson has been with Bankers’ Bank for five years, previously serving as first vice president, commercial banking. He has 33 years of experience with commercial and community banks, respectively. He has a Bachelor of Science in business administration from the University of Evansville, Ind., and an MBA from Indiana Wesleyan University, Marion.   
  • Stacy Smith as operations lead, bank cards. Smith has a dozen years of banking experience.
