Bankers’ Bank hires VP, promotes two to senior vice president

Madison, Wis.-based Bankers’ Bank hired a vice president and promoted two more to senior vice president positions.  

Bankers’ Bank hired Brian Mickey as first vice president, risk management solutions; and promoted David Paxton to senior vice president, risk management solutions and Jim Kluck to first vice president, risk management solutions.

 Mickey has three decades of experience at both small- and medium-sized commercial banks. He has a bachelor’s degree in finance from Loyola University, Chicago.

Paxton joined Bankers’ Bank early this year as first vice president, business solutions. He has been a community banker for more than a decade, most recently as manager of government services and union services departments at Amalgamated Bank, Chicago. He has a bachelor’s degree from West Virginia University, Morgantown. 

Kluck has been with Bankers’ Bank for five years, most recently as vice president, asset liability management. A Certified Managerial Accountant, Kluck graduated from Marquette University, Milwaukee, with an MBA.
