Bell Bank opens Duluth office

Fargo’s Bell Bank is moving into the Duluth, Minn., market with an office that accepts deposits and issues loans on the 200 block of West Superior Street.

Tim McShane will serve as the bank’s president of the Twin Ports region. Formerly, he was a vice president and private banking manager with Republic Bank, which was bought by National Bank of Commerce, Superior, Wis. 

McShane will lead a team which includes Jon Birkeland, senior vice president/commercial banking team lead, Jason Crawford, vice president/commercial banker, and Chris Theis, vice president/private banking team lead. All three also came from Republic Bank.

The $6 billion Bell has 24 offices in North Dakota, Minnesota and Arizona.
