Brian F. Doran joined Chicago-based Byline Bancorp and its subsidiary Byline Bank as executive vice president and general counsel.
Doran has 35 years of legal experience, most recently EVP and general counsel of Republic First Bank as he supported regulatory agencies and management in closing the bank in 2023 and transitioning assets to Fulton Bank.
Doran has a degree from Marquette University, Milwaukee, and a law degree from St. John’s University School of Law in New York.
