Nebraska bank employees set funds aside for donations
Employees at NebraskaLand National Bank in North Platte donate a percentage of each paycheck into a fund that is used to make donations to worthy area causes. Recently, the bank used the funds to make $7,000 in donations to the Rape and Domestic Violence Prevention Program and to the Women’s Resource Center. Since the employee program began in 2004, employees have donated more than $29,000 to area non-profit organizations.
