Union Grove, Wis.-based Community State Bank appointed Rita Hagen and Adam Swantz to its board of directors.
Hagen, who has more than 37 years of experience in the health care industry, has been the executive director of the local nonprofit Hospice Alliance for more than a decade. Swantz is the veterans service center manager of the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs Chicago regional office. Swantz is the third generation of his family to join the board. His father, Rich Swantz, served from 1990-2021. His grandfather, Harmon Swantz, also served.
Swantz has a finance degree from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater.
