County National Bank promotes three employees, hires a fourth

Hillsdale, Mich.-based County National Bank promoted three employees and hired an assistant vice president.

The bank promoted Ron Haber to regional vice president-commercial loan officer; Kelly Lantis to vice president-Hillsdale Market executive and commercial credit officer; and Ray Briner to assistant vice president-private banking officer.

Haber has been in banking for more than 44 years. Lantis joined the bank 35 years ago and currently manages the Credit Department, which she helped establish in 1988. Briner joined the bank in 2009 as a credit analyst, and was promoted to a commercial lender a decade later. 

Briner graduated from the International Business College with a Bachelor’s of Science degree. 

The bank hired Pat Gilpin as an AVP-commercial loan officer. Gilpin, who began her banking career in 1984, was most recently an AVP-banking center manager at a local financial institution.
