Leawood, Kan.-based CrossFirst Bank this week opened its second branch in Oklahoma City, this one in the northeast part of the city.
The branch opened April 7. A ribbon-cutting is slated for April 29.
Last month, First Busey Corp. completed its acquisition of CrossFirst Bancshares. The subsidiary of CrossFirst Bancshares, CrossFirst Bank, is operating as a separate banking subsidiary of Busey until it merges with Busey Bank in June. Once the merger is completed, Busey will expand to 78 branches in 10 states.
“Our commitment to this new location, in the heart of the Innovation District, gives customers more access to our expert bankers and the new, expanded services we can offer through our partnership with Busey,” said Steve Peterson, Midwest regional president for CrossFirst Bank.
