Mason, Mich.-based Dart Bank promoted Erica Johnson to senior vice president, human resources director.
Johnson joined Dart Bank five years ago as an HR generalist. She is expected to assume the position on the senior leadership team held by Karla Spoor, who is set to retire in February following a 44-year career.
Johnson designed and launched a leadership development program for more than 40 supervisors. She also led the rollout of a new HR software system and revamped the bank’s annual review process.
Dart has a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Western Michigan University, Kalamazoo.
