Edgington named SVP retail banking

Shelley Edgington

One Community Bank in Oregon, Wis., has promoted Shelley Edgington to senior vice president of retail banking.

Edgington, who has three and a half decades of banking experience, was most recently vice president of retail banking. In May 1987, she was hired as a bookkeeper at McFarland State Bank, which was acquired by One Community (previously Oregon Community Bank) last year.

She will continue to oversee all aspects of retail banking at all eight of the bank’s Dane County locations.

She is a past president of the Stoughton, Wis., chamber of commerce and served on the retail banking section board of the Wisconsin Bankers Association.

“Shelley has provided exceptional leadership to all Dane County retail colleagues of One Community Bank,” said Jeff Versluys, executive vice president and chief retail officer. “Her hard work, inspiration, and insights have helped the retail division navigate through a pandemic, a merger, and a conversion – putting us in a position to move forward as ONE in 2021.”

The $1.4 billion One Community Bank has 11 branches in southern Wisconsin.
