St. Louis-based Enterprise Financial Services Corp. appointed Lyne Andrich, Marcela Manjarrez and Lina Young as directors of both the bank holding company and its subsidiary, Enterprise Bank & Trust.
Andrich, former executive of Denver-based CoBiz Financial Inc., from 1997-2019, has served on the board of directors and been a member of the audit committee of Fortis Financial, Inc., Denver, since 2019. Manjarrez has been CEO of M Strategic Communications Consulting since September. Young served as chief information officer of the St. Louis-based coal mining and energy company Peabody Energy from 2010-2021.
