St. Louis-based Enterprise Financial Services Corp. board member John Eulich is retiring from his position.
Eulich has been chair of the board since 2016, and been a board member of both the holding company and its subsidiary, Enterprise Bank & Trust, for more than a decade. Vice Chair Michael DeCola will succeed Eulich as chair of the board following an annual meeting.
“We would like to thank [Eulich] for his many contributions to the company during his 13 years of service as a member of the board, including the past seven years of service as board chairperson,” the bank said. “He presided over the company during a period of exceptional growth resulting in enhanced shareholder value. His leadership was instrumental in strengthening and positioning the company for success going forward. We wish [Eulich] the very best in his retirement.”
