It’s the only job we’ve ever had, and we love building banks!
Our daily interactions and how we serve our clients showcases our commitment to their projects, and more importantly, their overall success. This includes things such as meeting with clients on weekends, answering calls and emails during “off” hours, challenging our clients to push them to think bigger and bolder (while always landing on a decision that makes them happy), and working as a team to keep a project moving forward.
We truly build relationships with our clients. We take their project progress and success personally. This often bleeds into personal relationships, where we celebrate, acknowledge, or mourn personal milestones and events.
This is our first and only job. (Sean’s been with HTG for more than 22 years, and has completed about 450 financial projects. Jeff is celebrating 35 years this year, and has between 500 and 600 projects in his portfolio.)
Not only do we have the experience, but we like to have fun, too. Professional, but fun! We enjoy the work we do, and make it a great experience for our clients, too!
