Firm mitigated disaster’s impact with TurnKey service
Titonka Savings Bank had been a long time customer. One Sunday morning I received a call from the president/CEO (at 5:30 a.m.) letting me know that the main branch had burned to the ground. He was asking for our help.
We immediately sent people there that day to assess the damage and do what needed to be done. It was a total loss. The only thing left standing was the vault. It looked like a war zone.
Within a few days we had a double-wide modular unit delivered and had them up and running. We fast tracked the design, and construction of the new facility. We took care of the entire project from start to finish, including relocating safe deposit boxes to an adjacent empty building which had to have security monitoring, working with bank regulators, negotiating with insurance carriers, assisting in the records retention and rescue of items that were stored in fire-safe places within the burned-out structure.
