First Bank of Berne donates to three nonprofits

Indiana-based First Bank of Berne recently donated $9,500 to three local nonprofits, including: 

  •  $4,000 to purchase dental and medical supplies for Decatur, Ind.-based Unfailing Love, a clinic that provides services to people who either don’t have insurance or have high deductibles.   
  • $3,000 to Portland, Ind., nonprofit Jay County Humane Society for a new animal shelter. The shelter helps find homes for stray, abandoned and mistreated animals.
  • $2,500 to Muensterberg Clock Tower events.
