Madison, Wis.-based First Business Bank hired Ron Pak to join its Small Business Administration lending team as vice president.
Pak has nearly 20 years of experience in consumer banking, private banking and business/commercial banking.
“His extensive background enables him to excel in communication, speed to execution, and finding solutions to complex circumstances, ensuring that clients receive the best possible service and support in securing SBA loans for their businesses,” according to First Business Bank.
