Madison, Wis.-based First Business Bank Financial Services hired Niamh Kristufek as president of specialty finance.
Kristufek, who has more than two decades of financial services experience, previously had leadership positions at BMO U.S., where she led U.S. speciality sales and U.S. business banking.
Kristufek has an MBA in finance and strategy from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a bachelor’s degree in economics from Lake Forest College in Chicago.
“With extensive financial services experience, Niamh provides strategic guidance and expertise to our accounts receivable financing, equipment financing, and floorplan financing, and SBA lending teams,” according to the bank.
