First Business Bank receives Top Workplaces designation for second straight year

Madison, Wis.-based First Business Bank received a 2023 Top Workplaces USA award.

The award, issued by software firm Energage, recognizes top organizations with a minimum of 150 employees across 60 markets. Top Workplaces are chosen based on employee feedback gathered through an employee engagement survey.

“For the second year in a row, our employees across the country voiced their opinions about working at First Business Bank and earned us a Top Workplaces award,” said Corey Chambas, CEO of First Business Financial Services., Inc., parent company of the more than $2 billion First Business Bank. “It’s truly an honor as we prioritize initiatives that build employee engagement and belonging to continue to attract and retain best-in-class employees.”

Energage CEO Eric Rubino added that the award “is a badge of honor for companies, especially because it comes authentically from their employees. That’s something to be proud of. In today’s market, leaders must ensure they’re allowing employees to have a voice and be heard. That’s paramount. Top Workplaces do this, and it pays dividends.”
