First Business Bank hires two vice presidents

Madison, Wis.-based First Business Bank hired Eric Flores as vice president-portfolio manager to join its private wealth group and Kevin McCloud as vice president-wealth adviser. 

A licensed CPA, Flores recently sat for the Level II Chartered Financial Analyst exam. He has a bachelor’s degree of business administration in accounting from the University of Dubuque in Iowa. 

“[Flores] brings significant experience as a portfolio manager and investment adviser with areas of expertise in investment research, portfolio optimization and fundamental and technical investment analysis,” the bank stated in a press release.  

McCloud has more than a decade of experience assisting high net worth clients with multigenerational legacy planning, retirement planning and complicated lending. A CFA, McCloud holds FINRA Series 6, 7, 63 and 66 licenses and Wisconsin health and life insurance licenses. 

McCloud has a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Trinity Christian College, Palos Heights, Ill., and a master’s degree from Northwestern University, Evanston, Ill., in 2013.
