MBT Bank, Forest City, Iowa, has been awarded a 2017 Top Workplaces honor by the Des Moines Register. The Top Workplaces list is based solely on the results of an employee feedback survey. Several aspects of the workplace culture are measured in the survey, including alignment, execution and connection.
MBT Bank has participated in the survey for four years and has used the results to drive cultural changes and growth.
