HMN Financial elects Bolton to board

Rochester, Minn.-based HMN Financial, Inc., elected Jeffrey Bolton to fill a vacancy on its board of directors.

Bolton, who became chief administration officer for Mayo Clinic in 2013 and a member of the board of governors in 2011, served in both roles until his retirement last November.

He joined Mayo Clinic in 2002 as CFO. Bolton has held various finance-related positions at Carnegie Mellon University, Pittsburgh, including as CFO and vice president of business and planning.

Bolton “brings a wealth of experience to our organization in terms of financial management, regulatory compliance, business development and talent recruitment,” said Brad Krehbiel, president and CEO of HMN Financial and its subsidiary, Home Federal Savings Bank.
