Horicon Bank in Wisconsin hired Terry O’Connor as chief lending officer and Steve Leaman as chief banking officer.
O’Connor started his career at Horicon Bank in 1998 as vice president of agricultural/business lender. Leaman joined Horicon Bank 14 years ago as a business lender with experience in retail and commercial banking.
