Robin Loftus is at the right place at the right time as executive vice president and chief operating officer of Security Bank in Springfield, Ill. Loftus wears many hats at the bank —lender, marketer, and manager among them. To her, the sum of these tasks is happy customers.
“I get to see a lot of people, and that’s always been what I’ve enjoyed about this work,” Loftus said. “I’m not hidden somewhere in the bank. I’m right there for all to see. It isn’t hard to find me.”
