Des Moines-based NCMIC Finance Corp. recently acquired SHAZAM’s merchant services business.
NCMIC Finance Corp. has nearly 25 years of payment processing experience. The company’s Professional Solutions brand is expected to manage the payment processing services.
“Clients will benefit from expanded capabilities, stronger fraud prevention measures, and a growing merchant acceptance network,” according to a press release.
The price of the deal was not disclosed.
