Des Moines-based Iowa State Bank recently hired a vice president and a private banker.
Darlene Ackley-Raymond, FLA, joined Iowa State Bank last September as vice president with more than 40 years of real estate lending and loan auditing experience in Iowa. “(Ackley-Raymond) is responsible for developing and managing residential mortgage and consumer loan growth through community involvement and supports the overall lending strategies of the bank,” Iowa State Bank said.
The bank hired Lindsey Ellis last October as a private banker. Ellis, who has 14 years of experience in retail banking and consumer lending, graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Iowa, Iowa City. She has a Master’s of Public Administration degree from Drake University, Des Moines.
