Iowa Trust and Savings Bank has promoted Xaviera Scott to assistant vice president of lending.
Scott began her banking career with Iowa Trust in October 2014 and was most recently a loan officer.
A graduate of the American Institute of Business with a Bachelor of Science degree in business administration, Scott successfully completed Iowa Bankers Consumer Lending School in March 2019.
