Northwest Bank in Spencer, Iowa, donated $15,000 to Arts on Grand for recovery work following devastating local flooding last summer.
Arts on Grand has supported local artists, authors, sculptures and musicians for more than 35 years. Bank representatives Dani Doran, Jen Von Ehwegen and Jason Warren made the contribution on behalf of the bank to a group of volunteers.
“This generous donation will aid their mission of ‘Making the Arts Accessible and Affordable to All’ and support their vision, ‘Enriching the Lives of our Communities,’” according to the $2.9 billion bank. “It will specifically help restore their building and replace supplies lost in the flood.”
