J.D. Power recognizes Centier Bank for customer satisfaction

Merrillville, Ind.-based Centier Bank was named the best retail bank for customer satisfaction in the north central region by J.D. Power in the U.S. Retail Banking Satisfaction Study. 

The award was Centier’s first from the company for retail banking in the region, which includes five states: Indiana, Michigan, Ohio, Kentucky and West Virginia. 

The study is based on responses from more than 100,000 U.S. retail customers from January 2024 through January 2025. The study measures customer satisfaction across seven areas: People; trust; account offerings; allowing customers to bank when and how they want; saving time and money; digital channels; and solving problems or complaints. Centier Bank ranked No. 1 in six of the survey’s seven parts.
