Reinbeck, Iowa-based Lincoln Savings Bank is randomly awarding 12 callers with gift cards this week as part of its “Big Time Kindness” campaign to create awareness of the bank’s contact center.
According to a press release, the center was established with the formation of the bank’s fintech department in 2018. The team of six specialists works from the bank’s Waterloo campus and fields calls from within the bank’s footprint and throughout the country. The campaign is open to those who call into the bank’s main line.
“We are always looking for ways to connect our employees with the community,” said Contact Center Manager Carrie O’Brien. “Since the contact center does not have face-to-face interaction with callers, we do not have the body language, facial expressions, or gestures to help build trusting relationships.”
