Lincoln Savings Bank promotes 2 board members

The board of directors at Cedar Falls, Iowa-based Lincoln Savings Bank promoted Sally Hollis to chair and David Deeds to vice chair. Mike Peterson remains as secretary. 

Hollis’ promotion came three months after the death of former Chair Milt Dakovich. Dakovich, a member of the Iowa Board of Regents, had served on the board since 2000. Jeff Dralle, who joined the board in 1998 and serves as vice chair, will retire in spring 2023. 

Hollis, who joined the board in 2017, has a Bachelor of Science degree in mechanical engineering from Iowa State University, Ames, and an MBA from the University of Northern Iowa, Cedar Falls. Hollis the part-owner of Waterloo, Iowa-based Lanehaven Farms, Inc. Deeds joined the board in 2016. He received his bachelor’s degree in accounting from the University of Northern Iowa, and an MBA from the University of Kansas, Lawrence. He serves as president of the Waterloo-based real estate development firm JSA Development, LLC, and is an instructor of accounting and an EY Faculty Fellow at the University of Northern Iowa. 

Peterson, who has served on the board since 2010, received a Bachelor of Science degree in business administration and construction management from Minnesota State University, Mankato. He is a project manager and assistant treasurer for the Reinbeck, Iowa-based Peterson Contractors, Inc.
