The program helps small businesses in Wisconsin and Illinois with their growth and development. A family-run business, Misty River Woodworks has crafted woodwork for more than 25 years. The business plans to use the grant to invest in infrastructure upgrades to take on more in-house production.

“Our experience with One Community Bank has been nothing short of refreshing and we couldn’t be more grateful to OCB for believing in what we do,” said Misty River Woodworks Owner David Morrow. “From the very first conversation, they took the time to listen to our story and understand where we wanted to go as a company. It’s not often you find a bank that’s genuinely interested in helping a small business like ours reach its full potential. We’re thrilled to have found that partner in One Community Bank.”

Waunakee, Wis.-based Red & White Winebar opened in 2019 as a place for guests to enjoy bourbons and fine wines. The grant will help the owners upgrade key parts of their business and hire a social media manager. The grants will also be used to expand the bar’s refrigerator space and enable a broader selection of beverages.
