Midwest BankCentre announces executive promotion

St. Louis-based Midwest BankCentre promoted Lisa Morgan to senior vice president, commercial lender, community and economic development. 

Morgan has more than 40 years of banking experience, including 25 in mortgage and commercial lending. She is playing a major role in Midwest BankCentre’s five-year, $200 million pledge to increase homeownership and grow small businesses. Morgan has reportedly signed 35 new business deposit customers in the past year, totaling nearly $6 million in deposits, and secured two-dozen new business loan customers valued at a total of almost $10 million.

Morgan has a bachelor’s degree in business administration and finance from the University of Missouri-St. Louis.
