MidWestOne Bank promotes 18 employees

Iowa City, Iowa-based MidWestOne Bank recently promoted 18 employees, including: 

  • David Lindstrom to executive vice president, consumer banking. Lindstrom has been with MidWestOne for nearly five years.
  • John Gerdes to first vice president, senior internal auditor. Gerdes has been with the bank for 13 years and assumed an increased role following the consolidation of three different audit functions into one department. 
  • Jess Klotsche to first vice president, treasury management. A member of MidWestOne’s Denver team, She’s been with the bank for seven years.
  • Melissa Payne to first vice president, client experience officer. She’s been with MidWestOne for 18 years.
  • Renee Smith-LaBarge to first vice president, credit card services manager.
  • Katie Symmonds to vice president, diversity and inclusion officer. She’s been with the bank for seven years. 
  • Heather Wisman to vice president, retail market manager in Coralville, Iowa. She’s been with MidWestOne for more than a year. 
  • Amy Lesicka to vice president, commercial banking. She’s been with the bank since 2018. 
  • Brian McCleary to vice president, trust and investments in Dubuque, Iowa. He’s been with MidWestOne for 13 years.
  • Andrea Hayes to second vice president, trust officer. She’s been with the bank for 11 years. 
  • Mollie Knudson to second vice president, retail manager in South St. Paul, Minn. She’s been with MidWestOne for a decade. 
  • Liz Loney to second vice president, retail manager. She’s been with the bank for four years. 
  • Jenny Olson to second vice president, community engagement. She’s been with MidWestOne for two decades. 
  • John Quinto to second vice president, trust officer. He’s been with the bank for more than a year.   
  • Dana Priebusch and Katie Smock to assistant retail managing officers.
