The Federal Reserve Bank of Minneapolis recently promoted Amy Kytonen to chief operating officer and vice president for the treasury services division and Jorge Lomeli to VP for the administrative services division.
Kytonen is responsible for the daily operations of the treasury services division, including communications, change management and budget oversight. She is also expected to lead strategic planning and reporting.
Kytonen was formerly VP of the Minneapolis Fed’s credit risk management, payment system risk and reserves responsibilities. She also has experience leading initiatives across the Federal Reserve System.
Lomeli will lead units supporting cash services, facilities management and law enforcement. He will be the administrative officer for the Ninth District Federal Reserve financial services employees.
Lomeli was most recently CFO and VP of the Financial Management Group, which undertakes financial and managerial accounting, accounts payable, procurement and financial planning and analysis.
Financial Management Group Assistant Vice President Liz Leake will serve as interim VP and CFO.
