Delano-based Minnesota Lakes Bank promoted Kim Rostis to vice president, operations.
Rostis joined the $147 million bank in 2014, most recently serving as an assistant vice president. She has more than 20 years of banking experience.
Minnesota Lakes Bank also promoted Austin Wiberg to assistant vice president, business banker. Wiberg joined the bank in 2018, most recently serving as a credit analyst. He has a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Bemidji State University.
“[Rostis] and [Wiberg] have played key roles in Minnesota Lakes Bank’s success and greatly deserve their promotions,” said President David Krause.
