National Exchange Bank & Trust promotes eight employees

Fond du Lac, Wis.-based National Exchange Bank & Trust recently promoted eight employees, including: 

  • Mitchell Frydrych to chief technology officer. Frydrych joined the $2.6 billion bank in 2017 with more than a decade of banking and IT experience. He has a bachelor’s degree from the University of Wisconsin-Green Bay and a master’s degree from the University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh. He has completed the Graduate School of Banking.  
  • Kate Thone to vice president of security. Thone joined the bank in 1989 and has served in operational roles ever since. Thone received the Accredited ACH Professional designation, and is certified in security management fundamentals by the Associate Protection Professional Board.  
  • Megan Schueller to assistant vice president of lending projects. Schueller joined the bank in 2018 as a loan services project coordinator with eight years of project analyst experience. 
  • Julie Stigler to AVP of e-banking. Stigler joined National Exchange in 2015 as an e-banking business specialist. Stigler has a bachelor’s degree from Carroll University, Waukesha, Wis., and a master’s from Marian University, Fond du Lac.
  • Mark Witt to AVP and retail lending supervisor. He joined the bank in 2020 as a mortgage loan officer with more than 20 years of banking experience. Witt has a bachelor’s degree from Concordia University, Mequon, Wis.  
  • Diana Nachtrab to account services officer. Nachtrab, who joined the bank in 1998 as a member of the account services team, was most recently team lead for imaging.  
  • Dana Swiss to loan servicing officer. Swiss, who joined National Exchange Bank & Trust in 2003 as a loan services representative, was most recently a loan servicing supervisor. 
  • Jayme Whitty to account services officer. Whitty, who joined the bank in 2017 as a member of the fraud department, has a bachelor’s degree from the University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh.
