New leadership at the Conference of State Bank Supervisors

John W. Ryan has been named president and CEO of the Conference of State Bank Supervisors as of Sept 1, with full responsibilities taking effect Jan. 1, 2012.  Ryan will succeed Neil Milner, who has served as president and CEO since October 1996 and is retiring at the end of the year.
