New Market Bank has hired Terra Henry as vice president of loan operations.
Henry was with the bank from 2013 to 2019, most recently serving as vice president of compliance and loan operations. She started her role as a compliance officer on Jan. 1, 2018, and eventually became a certified community bank compliance officer, serving in similar roles for another community bank after leaving New Market Bank in late 2019.

Prior to joining New Market Bank in March 2013, Henry worked for six years at a multi-site childcare center, and was responsible for various bookkeeping duties and assisted with employee recruitment, parent communications and teaching. She also previously worked for Marquette Bank as an accounting clerk, adjustment clerk and return items clerk.
Henry has an associate degree in managerial accounting from Minnesota School of Business.
