Spencer, Iowa-based Northwest Bank donated $10,000 to Estherville (Iowa) Community Schools to benefit the district’s Patrons of the Fine Arts Program and provide experiences for students.
Curt Smith, president of Northwest Bank in Estherville, presented the donation to ELC Patrons of the Fine Arts board members Dawn Webb and Valerie Bell.
“These programs have a distinguished history of producing talented, creative individuals who pursue life with a fervent desire to make a difference,” according to the $2.9 billion bank. “Students can explore their creative talents through acting, speech, singing, playing instruments, art and more. Programs like these give local students access to opportunities that aid in their development and help create outstanding future community leaders.”
