Iowa-based Northwest Bank donated $50,000 to Humboldt Community School District for a new multi-purpose athletic training facility.
The addition, expected to be completed in September, will include a practice gym, weight room, turf area and additional space for wrestling. Humboldt Superintendent Jim Murray accepted the donation on behalf of the school district.
“Northwest Bank is proud to partner with Humboldt Community Schools in this effort to invest in our students giving many of our young people access to opportunities that last a lifetime,” the $2.47 billion bank stated.
