Milwaukee-area bank opens Minnesota branch
WaterStone Bank, Wauwatosa, Wis., has opened a branch in Maple Grove, Minn. The new branch, which will specialize in commercial real estate lending, is under the leadership of Paul Muldoon and Peter Austin.
Muldoon joins WaterStone with more than 25 years of experience working in multi-family lending, commercial investments and development. Previously, Muldoon worked for Johnson Capital, where he specialized in mortgage brokerage.
